Salon Director
Melissa holds a Diploma in Beauty Therapy and brings 17 years of experience in the industry, including 10 years owning and managing Blush Organic Beauty. With a passion for brows, she specialises in microblading, feather stroke, and ombre powder techniques. Now, alongside running the salon, Melissa is sharing her expertise as a mentor and trainer, teaching the next generation of beauty therapists at TAFE part time.
Sarah
Senior Therapist
With over 15 years experience in the industry and 5 years working at Blush, Sarah is a qualified Beauty Therapist holding a Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
She is passionate about delivering high quality treatments and creating a relaxing experience for every client.
Sarah's favourite treatment is nails, where she loves combining creativity and precision to achieve flawless results.
Hannah
Senior Therapist
Hannah joined the Blush Organic Beauty team in December 2020 as an apprentice and completed her Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy with us. Over the past five years, she has grown into a confident and highly skilled Senior Therapist, offering a wide range of beauty treatments to a very high standard. Known for her friendly nature and attention to detail, Hannah loves helping clients feel confident and comfortable during every appointment. Her favourite treatments include brows and spray tans.
Claire
Senior Therapist
Claire joined the Blush Organic Beauty team in 2022 as an apprentice after leaving school to pursue her passion for the beauty industry. Since then, she has completed both her Certificate IV and Diploma in Beauty Therapy, growing into a confident and skilled Senior Therapist. Claire is passionate about all things beauty and is known for her precision, attention to detail, and caring nature, ensuring every client feels relaxed and well looked after during their visit. She is especially talented in brows, lashes, and nails, including detailed nail art, and has quickly become highly requested in these areas.
Nina
Emerging Therapist
Nina joined the Blush Organic Beauty team as an apprentice after already completing beauty studies during high school. Since then, she has successfully completed her Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy and has grown into a confident and talented therapist. Nina is passionate about the beauty industry and is already showing incredible potential with her gentle nature, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail. She loves helping clients feel relaxed, confident, and cared for during every appointment.
